Relais de Chambord has partnered with Beaux Arts Institue to inspire and train your management teams and employees. Through meetings with carefully selected speakers, give an artistic, cultural and creative colour to your seminars, in order to encourage group cohesion, take a step back and escape from the daily grind. You will address current themes such as management and its various forms. Our incentive proposals are built on the basis of 3 days / 2 nights and are adaptable and tailor-made, depending on your needs.

Lead your management teams to discover the different ways of expressing and exercising leadership in an organisation, through a dialogue with a conductor, a lecture by an art historian on the types of leadership during the Renaissance or a meeting with the editor-in-chief of Beaux Arts Magazine. 

From the detailed to the global. Encourage your management teams to play with perspectives, thanks to a guided tour of the château from the point of view of the discovery of details, a dialogue with a mathematician on the theory of numbers or geometry, a meeting with a gardener specialising in French gardens or an exchange with a composer. 

You can also introduce your teams to the many aspects of the refined French art of living through a lecture by a specialist in good manners, a meeting with a sommelier and a visit to the vineyards, a themed tour of the château with an art historian, a stroll in the French gardens with a landscape architect or a chamber music concert at the Relais or the Château.
